 Increase Productivity with 20 Minutes of Exercise a Day

For meeting planners and event attendees, finding the time (and the motivation) to exercise can be a challenge, especially while on the road. New research suggests, however, that the age-old excuse that you “don’t have time to workout” is actually preventing you from maximizing your productivity. For planners and attendees to be as productive as possible, it seems that now there are no more excuses: daily exercise is a must.
