watergate photo1 Revival Planned for Watergate HotelAfter seven years of dormancy, the Watergate Hotel in Washington will get a renovation and will reopen in the summer. Euro Capital Properties, which purchased the hotel in 2010, has announced a $125 million renovation that will make the Watergate a luxury hotel. The renovation will increase capacity by almost 100 guest rooms and will create 17,000 square feet of meeting space, including a grand ballroom, which the original hotel did not offer.
